Melissa started her hospitality and property management venture in 2002 and has made a name for herself as a trusted and capable businesswoman. In her free time, she likes to relax at the beach with family.
Marco Hernandez Guest Services Manager
Marco is our Guest Services Manager and the Local Host for Cabo del Sol. Prior to joining Luxury Villa Collections, he worked as the Bell Captain at the Westin Regina. Marco loves outdoor adventure.
Patrick Holdbrook Destination Specialist
Patrick has been working in the tourism industry for the last fourteen years, starting in Canada. He is Luxury Villa Collection's sales and marketing person and Destination Specialist. His favorite Cabo beach is Palmilla.
Sion Ramirez Maintenance Supervisor
Sion was Luxury Villa Collection's first employee and is currently our maintenance supervisor. He came to us from Puerta del Sol. He spends his free time as a volunteer firefighter.
Raquel Sanchez Owner Liaison and Accounting Assistant
Before joining Luxury Villa Collections as our owner liaison and accounting assistant, Raquel honed her skills at Premier Resorts in Owner Services. In her free time, you'll find Raquel soaring over the desert at one of Cabo's famous canopy/zipline tours.
Rafael de La Rosa Guest Services Manager
Rafael is Guest Services Manager and Local Host for Punta Ballena and Esperanza. He can advise you on which home is best for sunrise, sunset, family vacations, kids, beach access, golfing, and more. His favorite after work activity is surfing: just try asking him about the best surfing spot, left waves, right waves, spots for beginners and for experts. He knows it all!

This was a fabulous experience. The setting is beautiful. Photos could never express the elegance and luxury of of our vacation. One of my sons proposed to his significant other and we have a daughter in law in our future! All six of us sincerely want to return to this paradise sometime in our future and that is rare because it's a big world and there is so much that we have not yet experienced. This could easily become an annual trip. Unforgettable.

We just wanted to send you a quick note to say how fantastic our vacation was. Traveling from Toronto’s cold winter to your sunny warm weather was a real treat. But what made our vacation different from all the rest of the sunny locales, was the treatment of your staff and the luxurious villa we stayed in. We were not sure what to expect when traveling with our twin 3 year olds, but Patrick helped us find plenty to keep them busy with, along with organizing our mini van and car seats. What a treat to have the concierge team deal with everything from massages to groceries and trips. Although we had looked at a few other high end properties, nothing matched in price as well as services-we felt absolutely spoiled! The huge deck and 3 bedrooms really fit the bill as everyone felt that they had their own private spaces, but my sister and I could still have fun whipping up some dinners in the kitchen.
